Groovy Heart currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery time

Standard UAE delivery is typically estimated at 1–2 days after order confirmation. Remote areas, public holidays, courier capacity, incomplete addresses or other exceptional circumstances may take longer.

Standard delivery charge

Outside an active free-delivery promotion, the standard UAE delivery charge is AED 20. Remote-area deliveries may cost more. Any applicable charge is shown before you place the order.

Free-delivery promotions

If a free-delivery promotion is active on the storefront or at checkout, eligible UAE orders receive the promotional shipping discount for the stated promotional period.

Cash on delivery & confirmation

Cash on delivery is available for eligible UAE orders when shown at checkout. COD orders may be confirmed by phone before dispatch, so please provide a reachable UAE phone number and a complete delivery address.

Tracking

Tracking information is shared when available from the courier. Please keep your phone available for delivery coordination.
